Jenny Kirk

Trust Teaching and Learning Officer

Jenny is an experienced practitioner who works with school staff to ensure the highest standard of teaching and learning.

Jenny has been a primary practitioner for nearly 30 years. For 25 of those, she has been an English subject lead. She has a degree in Linguistics and an NPQ in Leading Teaching Development.


After starting her career in London, she moved to small Norfolk schools. She has taught all primary year groups, from EYFS to Y6. After spending two years as a Head of School, she moved into improvement work. She has worked for Norfolk Local Authority as a moderator, and for VNET leading their English Professional Network.


Now focused on Teaching and Learning, she works across the trust to ensure the pupils in our schools get the high-quality education they deserve. As well as carrying out Quality Assurance for the trust, she delivers evidence informed CPD across our schools, coaches teachers and works with leaders and teachers to deliver on school wide priorities.
